We generally work with clients that prefer the design-bid-build process—a process that lets us focus on quality by utilizing a select group of pre-qualified subcontractors during the biding process. Our established relationship with our subcontractors and suppliers ensures our ability to deliver the highest quality.

The traditional design-bid-build approach remains the most popular delivery method for construction projects in Colorado. This method provides the owner with the checks and balances to oversee the project. Drawings and specifications are completed prior to contractor selection, and the separate entities report to the owner, each with distinct roles and responsibilities.

So-called "lump-sum bids" allow owners to compare contractors based on a set of criteria that helps narrow selection based on financial capability, experience, and past performance. Needless to say, we win the projects we bid on and deliver what's promised on budget and on time.
